Homework Answers

Answer #1

Organisation often worries a lot about certain issues where one such thing is customer loyalty for its brands. Customer loyalty can be considered as one such a business aspect where the organisation will not be in a state to lose the customer loyalty at any cost. Brands often heap up discounts or promotional offers for the previously existing customers to retain their loyalty on the whole. Apart from that, there can also be certain cordial phone calls to the customers seeking feedback and acting accordingly. Emotional branding does exist when a product gets to target the emotional verse of a customer and there are numerous products that can capture the attention of the people emotionally on the whole.
