Answer #1

Developed countries around the world use the " National health system model " which is financed mainly out of general tax revenues .

In contrast to this the the United States healthcare system unlike virtually all other advanced industrial countries with similar levels of economic development combines private insurance coverage with a weak system of federal protections for older and impoverished Americans.

If I were to alter the way US finances healthcare, I would recommned heathcare spending from general tax revenues instead of relying upon private insurance coverage to finance healthcare. This may require introducing a new health care legistlation.

What are the differences in the way people perceive door to door sales in developed countries like the US and in developing markets? Is door to door sales a phase developed countries have outgrown? Or so you think an adaptation of this strategy is viable in the developed world? Home sales still exist, (pampered chef parties etc). How would the model have to be adapted to evolve?
