1 There is moral dilemma as such policy will result in human rights violations, govt involving itself in affairs of foreign countries etc. But govt has to take steps to check terrorism. I will recommend more stress on policy mentioned in part 2

2 The govt should encourage moderates and provide right religious knowledge to vulnerable people. e. g distorted intrepetations of quran should be challenged with the help of moderate Muslims. 3 The media has created wrong perception regarding terrorism. Often words like Islamic terrorism are used. This is hurting war on terrorism as more Muslims retaliate against such propagabda
