Would you describe the leadership as a cooperative or command style? Why?

Leadership can be cooperative as well as command style. It depends on the kind of person holding leader position and what kinds of goals are being pursued.

Command styles: in contemporary world, such style of leadership is rare. Command style of leadership can be seen in military organization. Present society is raised on ideals of individual freedoms and democracies. Hence, such leadership style is generally avoided.

Cooperative style of leadership: in globalised world, cooperative style of leadership is commanding new highs. Here, individual freedoms and dignities are kept equivalent to goal of organization. Leader does not seek to differentiate himself from rest of group. Rather, he tries to mix up with groups and seeks cooperation from all group members.

Such style of leadership is highly popular in present days.
