The Teams that are more successful on the field get a get exposure of ownership and thus taking independent decisions.

They do not remain a frog in the well . Moreover they develop a broad outlook for the actions and activities to be carried out.

Thus they become more profitable in ownership as well since they work from the grassroot and know how to cultivate their crop through their own hands.

Examples are Indian Premier Leauge, Football Barcelona and WWF Cha,pions opening up their ZIM and Health Wellfare Centres in order to let mass learn and earn the potential.
