One of the tools in Excel that can be used in nursing are visualization tools. Visualization tools can be used to present data in the form of charts, bar diagram, scatter plots, pie charts, line diagrams, area charts etc. This will be helpful to understand the data. For example, if we are interested in studying the correlation between age and the incidence of diabetes, we can use the scatter plot. If we want to study the number of patients with diabetes, we can use bar diagram. If we want to analyse the nursing time utilized, we can make use of the pie chart.
