Both of the things are inter-related .The research plans tends to boost the electrification with various solar techniques , providing rural areas with ample amount of electricity , making it economically viable and sustainable. This plan will boost economic growth due to increased components of growth ( tourism , livelihood , construction etc). The socio development issue talks about the cultural complexities and development that will boost literacy , education and other demographics.The political tensions in Myanmar hinders the growth of social - economic variables .The reaseach plan aims to boost economic growth but political , regional conflicts holds back such research plans.
