It can actually be mentioned that universities can give a certain amount of reservations for the top posts of student representatives for the Asian Americans so that they would always represent the community in some form so that they would have a leader in themselves at least for one of the roles suggest sports secretary. Apart from that thegroup informal events must make sure that it would be a mix at least include one asian-american or in such a way and if it is not possible logically or legally it would be better to encourage the students to do so so that they would not feel excluded from the groups. Also strict measures must be taken against any form of discrimination towards them so that they would not feel excluded and very much feel part of the group all in all
