Manager of business is critical for achieving objective of an organisation and organisation has to deal with distinctive cultures. Following cultural values are most important for manager:

  • International competence: Manager must have international cultural competence to deal with distinctive cultures at workplace. It makes manager adaptable to people from distinctive cultures.
  • Strong ethical values: Manager must have strong ethical values which are critical for achieving objectives of an organisation. These values should not be motivated by the narrow religious moorings and personal biases.
