Answer #1

It is very absurd to investigate criminal activity based on someones' look. A movie star or a model can be a very good looking person but what if he commits a crime. Would we try to prosecute a person who just looks like a criminal or will investigate that model or actor?

How do we know how does a criminal look do criminals all over the world have the same traits. How will we investigate an Asian living in America? How do we decide how a criminal Asian look like or how do we decide how an innocent look like.

If we go on investing someone on the basis of their look we will exclude a large part of society and we will be doing racial profiling and we will be full of prejudice.
