Intentional tort is the action of doing a civil wrong. U see the tort law there are 7 types out of which 4 are personal. Common intentional torts are assault, trespass to property, battery and conversion. Example of such action which are common are trespass to land is when someone invades our property or belongings, even stepping a foot in our property is a trespass when the opponent knows they are not supposed to do so, but cause damage to the property can be sure for trespass.


Other examples are assault and battery which means touching or harming you, like punching, hitting, poisoning food anything that is an action of causing harm or being offensive is an intentional tort and can be punished.
