Yes it is reasonable that the private sector are not trustable to handle the medical industry maintaining fairness without some degree of regulations because without regulations of private sector in health care, they will charge higher prices from the patients and will not treat patients efficiently.so regulations is important in medical industry. Regulations maintained in modernisation may not efficiently result in better health care services. There is need to impose new regulations on private sector because they are still charging very high prices from the patients.
