According to report from American Association of University from Woman (October 2018) Women are experiencing a loss of $513 billion per year due to gender pay gap. According to the report there is a gap of 20 cents between men and women for every dollar they earn. Men are getting the whole dollar as a pay where as a woman is getting 80 cents as a pay.

According to the statistics of April 2018 on 144 countries , woman are earning 20% less than what a man earns and this gender wage gap is not only in America but in Every country. Some survey says that even after 100 years also women may not earn equal wages as men and at that time also gender pay gap prevails.
