Answer #1

The idea of providing financial aid is to make life easier for students. Some areas of study attract very few students as the chances of getting jobs after education is lower in these areas. Nursing and education are such fields. Such fields are however essential for society such as nursing and so colleges need students to join up in these fields and so they attract them by offering larger quantities of financial aid. This will mainly be done by state run colleges as much of the aid money then is government money. The idea is to give more financial support to students applying to nursing and education as these are essential fields for society and more people are needed.
