When a gorgeous new resort is opened for business, are the attractive physical facilities more important than the quality and training of the staff?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Yes

This is because people go to resorts for luxury and enjoy the services provided by the resort along with having picturesque views.

People will be more attracted towards those resorts which have better and attractive infrastructure and facilities rather than quality of staff.

The quality of staff is also important but it is secondary to the location and other physical services and acitivities provided.

Thus, while building and promoting a new resort, the owners should focus on physical features first.
