There are various aspects of sustainability that have several benefits for both consumers and producers. It is also the case that it is the consumer that demands sustainability in business because consumers like to purchase goods and services regularly from companies that have sustained market frictions. New firms are able to make short term sales their sales are restricted and their cost is very high. Sustaining in the market for a longer term helps them establishing consumer loyalty which somehow encourages them to bring cost reduction improve quality and offer the consumer an overall better deal. In this way, sustainability is important for both businesses and consumers ?
