The learnings and advanatges would be as below:

Knowledge usually stems from wisdom. Someone has to feel it to fully understand it. Someone who has witnessed first-hand breaches of corporate ethics and charged the necessary penalty is unlikely to make the same error. They will also be in a position to express the feelings felt from the revenge. Another downside for the ex con is that it is probably one of the few second chances that they will ever be able to get out of life again and not deserve a second chance
