Decision making processes can be divided into four key elements: framing, gathering, intelligence, coming to conclusions and learning from feedback. Adopting a narrow/inflexible range of options is an important mistake that can be taken into account becausethe mining company doesn’t accept any option. Improper framing, not gathering the right information, failure to understand the real needs and intentions of the other party; the mining company any party understand the other party and each party is put in a position of zero acceptance.
