1) How the person interpret his part of a jurist as few justices believe in judicial activism, else the requirement to protect individual freedom and rights and also has a goal to end up those actions of other parts of government which they feel are violating the present rights.
2) The justice who realises his role for a social change can use his powers for widening the aspects like equality, liberty and justice.
3) Some judges or justice believe to restrict the exercising of their powers which results in postponement of their decisions and focus on small explainations of bills on rights. They look less focused to expand the personal liberties.
