Ethic means morality. The principles of such are the guidelines for true and fair business.

The company should follow the following principles:

1) Safety: Since this is a car company, running of cars on road should be safe enough. All sorts of safety measure (advance technology) must be applied. The company should not compromise with safety for users.

2) Addressing grievances: Any sort of customer’s grievances should be taken care of and should be addressed properly. This is a practice of good conduct of being efficient. Staffs and members should be on toe for helping in this regard. A small issue of car can be a big issue latter; therefore, it should be removed initially.
