For Randy : Top is a dominant strategy , as it dominates over Bottom (corresponding payoffs of Top row is higher than that of Bottom row, that is $33 > $27 and $42 > $35).

For Todd : Left is a dominant strategy, as it dominates over Right (corresponding payoffs of Left column is higher than that of Right column , that is $67 > $18 and $40 > $28).
