If a person is reckless , it means that the persons knew or should have had knowledge that their conduct was likely to cause harm and it is greater level of liability then negligence but it is less intentional conduct . In recklessness they may take risk with resuly that their action may will result in harm. Some factors affecting recklessness are:-

1) defendant had knowledge that their conduct was dangerous yo those around them.

2) willingness to take risk

3) challenges from environment around
