No, human body hasn't any inbuilt insurance in to it. The health conditions are always fluctuating, some people may get diseases ,some people becomes recover from illness.All these changes are recurring about human health. No one human being has guarantee of his fittest survival .

It is affordable for some people to spend money for heavy medical treatments but for more people it isn't possible to arreange lumpsum big amount for medical expenses.In this case health insurance policies suppotred to us better. When we buy insurance policy it is the security for our illness from the expenditure point of view.As health policyholder getting insurance claim in case of emergency treatments ,his financial burden is reduced to some extent.
