Do human resource management practices and skills levels ultimately underpin the long-term success of major economics

Answer #1

Yes, I strongly agree with the statement that human resource management practices and skills levels don ultimately underpin the long term success of major economics If we see about any big firm, franchise, or industry in the world, the success of it depends on the services and skills levels of the human resource department. To launch a new product, the foremost team it requires is the HR. To rectify mistakes and make corrections in any project, you require HR. HR is even required for innovation and inventions. In every process, HR plays a key role frow the business and ultimately underpins the economics. HR is just like a potato, it is required for everything and it just enhances everything and never destroys something. So that was my viewpoint about HR management practices and skills levels ultimately underpinning the long term success of major economics. However, the viewpoint of everyone on this given topic would be different and would be according to how they see each and every department of a business.
