One of themain difference between manager in the leader is that people getget work under manager while people opt follow a leader. another difference between manager and leader is that a manager is always cautious about the work progress and he tries to meeting the practices which are best in the organisation while a leader develops a vision accordingly to achieve the vision. One of the notable leaders in the history is Mahatma Gandhi used the tools of truth and nonviolence to achieve freedom for India. Mahatma Gandhi was highly reasonable, persistent, reachable he treated as like he wanted to be treated himself and all these qualities made him an effective leaders and a man of the masses.
