Homework Answers

Answer #1

With Brexit many of the free trade norms with the European countries almost shatteres as in case of Britian. Here, the exported goods from Britian will get to increase in price which will fetch more revenue to the British Government. With export subsidies on play even after Brexit, it will encourage the sellers to export a lot more outside and as the free trade norms are out of action, more exports will take place in Britian at higher prices than before and this can fetch a lot of revenue to Britian on the whole.
