Answer #1

One of the most important artwork made during the early 20th centuary was CUBIST ARTWORK.In cubist artwork the objects are primarily analyzed, broken up and reassembled in an abstract form.In stead of depicting the objects from one viewpoint, artist depicts the subject from a multitude of viewpoints to represent the subject in a greater context.

The significance of cubism was that it was an avant-garde art movement of the early 20th centuary which was pioneered by Georges Braque and pablo picasso and later joined by Juan Gris,Jean Metzinger,Albert Gleizes,Robert Delaunay,Henry Le Fauconnier and fernand leger.
