Are corporations good or bad? Defend your position. Microeconomics

I think it is good by default. A corporation has a lot to do with the situation that they find themselves in. The company's like Apple, Google, and Ferrari have a small specialized niche in the market. There are some companies like Microsoft, Yahoo, and McD etc.which can be dedicated to customer care but because of heavy competition, they somewhat detract from customer care.
apart from this, how a company sees his employees is very important, it affects customer care greatly and has lot more to do with the customer and social expectations than the actual company itself.
