Answer #1

IPhone X is the iPhone that is priced over and above $1000 and people buy it because of the many reasons. The first reason is the innovation driven features and exclusivity of the phone that brings it in a different class. A continuous brand association of people with the Apple leads them to buy the product iPhone X. The second reason is the higher level of switching cost that causes the consumers of Apple iPhone to buy the new version as shifting to the android or Windows platform is very high and transition is difficult for them. Since iPhone X runs on iOS operating system and apps are compatible with the iOS, them moving onto the other OS require the transferring of data to the apps compatible with the new OS.
