Homework Answers

Answer #1

Health care sector is very competitive and sensitive sector where negligent behavior on the part of staff may spoil reputation of an organisation.

both type of applicants are critical for growth of organisation but applicants with strong clinical and business expertise should be preferred over the applicants who relate well with patient. Clinical proficiency is primary service which is sought by the patient and patient experience is secondary needs.

Further, patient experience can be enhanced easily but clinical proficiency requires rigorous training and learning.
