Homework Answers

Answer #1

Yes troops be used if the governor of a state requests assistance for law enforcement. Yes coast guard personnel be used so long because there is less amount of military left and they have to save nation from disaster so if there is less amount of troops coast guard will help them to recover or save them faster from disaster. The role of the national guard of state is very important as they are the first line of defence. They called up for duty by the government to help to domestic emergencies and disasters . They are the backbone of nation.
