Federal system would increase the wages for million workers across the country, as a result boost total annual wages for low wage workers.

But there are obstacles because if higher wages are given to unskilled employees it will effect the performance.The work done by them will not have any completness or quality.So wages should be fixed according to their performances for best result.

Federal system is helpful for single parents.Single parents are helpful because supplemental cash for up to two years are provided.single parents with children under age 6 must participate in job training at least 20 hrs a week.
