changes in skill set of the workers can get to differentiate the workers between skilled and unskilled and semi skilled as well and the differentiation can be done on the basis of scaling method etc and the one who is on a high scale of skill set can get to enhance more productivity while the one with low scale of skills has less productivity and similarly the wages are also effected where the one with high productivity can getting to generate more revenue and that is why he will be paid more and the one who has less skill set will generate revenue in a particular time and that is why he is paid less
