Family engagement is something that can defined as the most important thing in an individuals life where this can make him physically and psychologically more stable on the whole with which he can get to contribute more towards the society and his workplace and the economy of the country all in all. One barrier to family enagegement is the area of work where a person can get to work far from a place than expected and this can get to reduce the family engagement. This can be reduced with the aid of working at the area where your family resides and compromise a bit on the wages.
