Answer: Social interaction is defined as the exchange of information, ideas and thoughts among two or more individuals or among groups of people.It can be inform of Verbal as well as non verbal interaction.It is the basic building block of Society in which we live.

As by interacting with each other people seek to design rules, institutions ,systems and framework within which they seek to live and perform their functions.

Interaction among people can be devided into five categories like exchange competition,cooperation,exchange,coercion and conflict.
