Ans:-I don't want to work at zappos before the change to holocrazy because zappos before its change to holocrazy had a beaurocratic arrangement , here most of the decision are taken by the administrative policy making group and the employees have no right to take decisions.Holocrazy is a method that eliminates old managerial orders and also it permits workers to self-organize to complete work in a way that rises efficiency and it promote innovations and empower everyone in the company with the capacity to make choices that drive the organization forward.
