Answer : Capitalism give birth to monopolies as when big businesses has been captured by few person which lead to higher price of the product and reduce the free market economy. Free market economy has been vanished with the rise of Capitalism.

  • Monopolist is the form of Capitalism in an economy. It means that charging more price from there customer.
  • Monopolist resulted in the failoure in the market place.
  • Monopolist there is less competition in the market.

These all factors shows that there is a Capitalism in a Monopolistic Economy.
