Explain the differences between population sample and probability sample

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Probability sampling means when using a sample technique in which sample from large population are chosen using a method based on the theory of probability.in probability sample there are equal chances of selection.while population sampling is the process of talking about subset of subjects that represent the entire population..In population sampling ,sampling is done without having to investigate every individual

In probability sampling ,this is done with complete sampling frame in which each eligible individual have equal chance of selection.all factors are consider in probability sampling while population sampling is talking about only populations related data .
