In a strategic meeting with corporate executives, you learn that your company is considering moving part of the operation to a RTW state that has lower wage rates and fewer employment laws. As the internal HR consultant to upper management, you’ve been asked to explain what the company should do to avoid unionization at the home site. In this discussion, choose laws, legal cases, and/or research results to identify at least 1 preparation the company should do to minimize the chance of unionization.

The unionisation can be prevented by following methods:-
a). The decision should be explained to the employees that how it can be profitable to the company and in turn result in employees benefit.
b). The company should prevent any union formation by transferring the employees to different departments and avoiding any union tendancy.
c). The company HR practices should declare it a non-union culture comapny. The union formation should be discouraged at every stage.
d). Grievance redressal mechanism should be put in place to deal with any kind of employee grievances. This would further discourage the employees to make any union for thier demand.
