Kellogg's cereal has a competitive advantage in the market because of its innovation service levels and brand loyalty. moreover it has done everything good in the market in the recent years that made it to remain the leader the market where it is probably the first company to mix cereals and supplements. In this regard most of the boxes have been ticked and if I was the leader of Kellogg's cereal I wouldn't drastically change anything in the process from production to selling but be sufficient steps or actions that would ensure the current success of the organisation to a long way.
