according to the writers point intergovernmental coordination has some disadvantages: 1,when meetings held between state officials,officers and other concerned authorities,there would arise some sought of dissagreement and views about an issue.this can nullify decision making.every members in the association have their own views,every ones point cannot implemented out through decisions.collective decision making would increase duration to get solution. benefits of uncordinated action : decisions can easily made,no issue of arrising a debate,generalise multiple problems into a collective one.
