Is underdevelopment an internally (domestically) or externally (internationally) induced phenomenon? Explain with relevant examples
underdevelopment is a situation characterized by low income, low literacy, low productivity, wide spread poverty, low life expectancy etc. these negative forces together hinders the development process and makes a nation underdeveloped. for this both domistic and international forces are responsible. domestic forces like low infrastructure, low healthcare services, low eucational facilities, low employment level etc are the negative driving forces and the international forces like dependence on more primary goods export, a low currency value etc makes the country weaker which is also a cause of underdevelopment.
