Hofstede’s cultural dimension – Introduced by Greet Hofstede in which he shows the effects of a society's culture on the values of its members, and how these values relate to behavior, by using structure derived from factor analysis.

Indian companies generally apply their codes of conduct only to senior management

U.S. companies apply their codes of conduct to all employees

Loyalty mainly lies with their own family than their work.

Similarity :- The strong similarities between the cultures of the U.S. and India appear in the area of responsibility for protecting the company. Both cultures expect employees to use company assets wisely and not seek personal gain at the company’s expense.

Management Styles – the ways in which a manager takes actions/decisions to complete a goal/objectives of the company.

Business Ethics/Strategic Thinking – Business Ethics is mainly the rules which should be followed within the company and clearly defining policies about what is right and wrong . Strategic Thinking is a process mainly to plan for the future.
