Soln. Argument - The appraisal process for the team in the last appraisal year done by the managers was not transparent

Claim - John, who has worked exceptionally well has got below average rating and on the same time Daniel has got the best rating even though his contribution in the project was not significant.

Reason - John is not very close to the manager and is very confident in his approach.He has provided the truthful feedback about the manager to his upper levels. On the other hand, Daniel is very close to the manager, does parties and spend money with them. Never raise his voice against them even if they are wrong in their approach.
