Why is sushi such a good example of globalization?

The fish market of Japan has exploded to provide Sushi to not only their country but the overseas also. Sushi became increasingly sophisticated both in Japan as well as western world, as it is adapted to new tastes and environments by chefs who demonstrate numerous culinary agendas and influences. Although Japan introduced sushi to United States, but today the Sushi-Roll (U.S. sushi) has become Japanese diet part in a new appearance. This reverse movement, i.e. items and ideas moving from it's “origin” to other destinations, and afterwards it return, transforming to it's “origin” replete with an additional meanings demonstrates the complex globalization dimension that has been addressed rarely.
