The only way to reduce the severity of security dilemma of not eliminate is that the states have to communicate with each other and build a cordial relationship so that there is cooperation among the states and no state has to improve its military base in order to increase its security. Relationship between states can be strengthen with the help of trade. Trading activities among tha state will build a bond and trust between them and they will be able to put faith on each other and help each other grow economically.
