The period after Ameeican Civil war of 1861 saw kassive farmers protests from 1870 to 1900 because if their deterioration of political and economical status. Problems faced were higj cost of credit, stringent bankibg regulation, monopolistic railroads, falling prices kf crops and high taxes. All this led to formstion of lobbies also called as "Farm Lobby" which helped farmers avail cheap credit facilities and instant availability with minimum support prices for foodcrops.

Till today the effect anf implications are high-density agriculture lands with connectivity to urban infrastructure, digital support, mechanization and crop fertiliser management.
