1. By free movement, there would be ample scope for exchange of intellectuals which would help to improve technologies so that the cost of production decreases
2. Free movement of people would help firms to hire intellectuals at lower costs so that profits for the firms increases
3. Helps individuals to get good remuneration so that it motivates people to pursue higher education and skill development
