Doubling of GDP and Disposable incomes has muktiplier effects as this leads to increased investment and consumption and higher government spending which leads to passing on benefits to bottom of pyramids. More over structural reforms will lead to decline in unemployment and boost standards of living and this helps alleviate poverty completely as automatic stabilizers and fiscal stimulus helps the poorest woth higher money supply for consumption and thus eliminates poverty to an extent.
