The basic rights are provided to all the humans are called as human rights. Insecurity and instability are the root causes for this human rights violation.

The instability of government is causing the human rights abuse as the government not able to solve issues in time is creating law and order problem in the society which in turn the human rights abuse is taking place. Political and other people who have power are trying to mess with life's of people also abusing human rights.

Failure of good governance is also a reason for human rights abuse. The law sometimes will even trigger the conflict due to its decision also a reason. Some time economic , political and social disturbances which are creating havoc in the society are also reason for human rights abuse.

Law which should help to stop these abuses are sometimes becoming reason for its creation.
